At DigiWebaida, we are committed to providing top-notch digital services. However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances may require refunds or cancellations. This policy outlines our terms for refunds, cancellations, and modifications of services.

1️⃣ Cancellation Policy

🔹 Website Development & Digital Services

✔ Once a project has been initiated and work has started, cancellation requests are not accepted.
✔ If a cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative fees.
✔ If you fail to provide required information, content, or approvals within 30 days, the project will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

🔹 Subscription-Based Services (SEO, SMM, Maintenance, etc.)

✔ Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
✔ To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription at least 5 days before renewal.

🔹 Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Templates, etc.)

✔ All sales are final—no cancellations or refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
✔ In case of technical issues, we will provide assistance but will not offer a refund.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

🔹 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

✅ If a service was not delivered as promised and no work has been started.
✅ If a double payment was made due to technical issues.
✅ If a refund request is made within 7 days of purchase (for eligible services only).

🔹 Non-Refundable Services

❌ Completed projects (website development, digital marketing, SEO services).
❌ Consultation fees (as time and expertise are already invested).
❌ Partially completed projects (costs are incurred during the process).
❌ Third-party software/services purchased on your behalf.
❌ Customized orders (logo designs, content writing, branding services).

3️⃣ Modification Policy

✔ Clients can request modifications within 7 days of project completion.
✔ Any major revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged additionally.
✔ Modification requests should be in writing via email.

4️⃣ Processing Time for Refunds

✔ If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days.
✔ Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).
✔ Transaction fees may be deducted based on payment gateway policies.

5️⃣ Chargebacks & Disputes

❌ Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.
❌ If you have an issue, please contact us first before initiating a dispute.
❌ DigiWebaida reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent claims.
